1. How quickly I can receive my quote?
In most cases the price quote will be provided in less than 24 hours from the submission of the inquiry. In some cases, We might need to reach out for more details so we can provide more accurate quotes.
2. Will you use in house staff or 3rd party vendors?
Both, We will use both in house and 3rd party vendoers in servicsing our properties.
3. What is your management philosophy?
Our philosophy is founded on 4 main pillars:

III. Providing the roadmap and timelines that would take the properties from their current status to where the owners want them to be
IV. Managing the process to get the results and informing the owners of the progress on each step.

5. How long will it take for me to see the results?
It really depends on the situation but In most cases the owners will start seeing the initial results in the first 3-6 months.

You can terminate your contract anytime with 30 days notice with no penalty.
